what type of graph best shows data that are parts to a whole? A. bar graph B. line graph C. pie, or circle, graph D. column graph

OpenStudy (irishboy123):

do you have data that you wish to graph, and do can you share it. that might give this question some context. 😋

OpenStudy (anonymous):

C is the answer.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Either A or C can be the best choice based on data type: Pie Charts: are useful when data is not time-dependent. They're very useful especially when the number of classes (parts of the whole) are few and the difference between the percentage of different groups are sort of clear. Bar Charts: When the number of classes rise to more than 6-7 or when the differences between the classes is not clearly recognized I prefer using Bar charts showing the percentage of each class. Bar Charts: When data is time-dependent the best choice is using a Bar Chart.
