During weight training, when should you inhale?

Weight training consist of lifting weights up and down and takes a lot of energy. It's important to breathe during this time because not only do you need to breathe but so do your muscles. Your muscles especially work when you lift up your weights so it's best to inhale before lifting up your weight. Once your weight is up, you can exhale.
