Hmm,what do u think? @3dchick

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Option A Iron is an essential element for blood production. About 70 percent of your body's iron is found in the red blood cells of your blood called hemoglobin and in muscle cells called myoglobin. Hemoglobin is essential for transferring oxygen in your blood from the lungs to the tissues. Option B Zinc is found in cells throughout the body. It is needed for the body's defensive (immune) system to properly work. It plays a role in cell division, cell growth, wound healing, and the breakdown of carbohydrates. Option D vitamin C helps reduce both the physical and psychological effects of stress on people.

D. Vitamin C People who have high levels of vitamin C do not show the expected mental and physical signs of stress when subjected to acute psychological challenges. What's more, they bounce back from stressful situations faster than people with low levels of vitamin C in their blood.

This is also in the wrong section, you're probably looking for Biology.

OpenStudy (jchick):

Vitamin and nutritional are not the same, but to answer the question - it's Zinc. Zinc is for brain power, against learning difficulties and also for positive thinking. Of course stress management is the active part as attached.

Both of you guys might be correct but in an article I read recently by a nutritionalist there is as yet insufficinet evidence to confirm these views.
