I have a suggestion, I think someone should be able to post Off Topic under certain conditions. Some supportive information regarding this.
Say i post a question about physics on physics. Nobody EVER goes to physics. How do you suppose i'd get an answer or someone else. If nobody ever looks at the question? Math is probably the most subject with people studying it, or looking for the questions. I am sure if someone posted an off topic question, like reading, science etc. They would get an answer. Maybe not at first. Re post the question maybe once. But you usually get an answer.
