in question one, they want to know if the number of bottles to days is proportional I would write the fraction \[ \frac{bottles}{days}\] for each of the entry (column) for example the first column has 1 day and 4 bottles and the ration is \[ \frac{bottles}{days} = \frac{4}{1}\] which simplifies to 4. If you get 4 for the other columns, then it is a proportion check the next column: 8 bottles/2 days = 4 If you do that for each column, you always get 4. so it is a proportion and the constant for bottles per day is 4
