OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (alivejeremy):

?

OpenStudy (alivejeremy):

YEA

OpenStudy (texaschic101):

no..it will not reduce

OpenStudy (alivejeremy):

i think its D

OpenStudy (texaschic101):

why do you think it is D ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

now multiply the numerator and denominator by 3

OpenStudy (alivejeremy):

because of what hippo said

OpenStudy (texaschic101):

if the fraction will not reduce, you can find equivalent fractions by multiplying numerator and denominator by the same number. 5/12 * 2/2 = 10/24..this is equivalent 5/12 * 3/3 = 15/36.....and you are correct 5/12 * 4/4 = 20/48..this would be equivalent as well and so on...
