Question

An additional moderator tool suggestion: A feature that allows mods to delete medals given to a user if said user has been given unearned medals. This could be an alternative instead of deleting a post as a whole (which I have seen in several circumstances).

Not going to be rude or anything, but this can be abused...if a user is caught medal spamming they should simply be suspended from that account. Why should mods have to waste THEIR time cleaning up someone else's mess? See what i'm getting at? :P

Well, if there are way too many comments, mods tend to just go over and delete the whole post (and the asker would be like "Why???")

The mod could force the person who gave the un-earned medal to un-medal the person and if he did not, he could ban him. :D

I've medal spammed in the past too :P then i realized it was wrong and stopped before a mod found out. Anyways I don't think a special tool is needed just to medal users because
1) It's a waste of time (mod end)
2) Medals don't have real life value so why even both trying to take them away
