Exactly. Since you located the 90 degree and is given that both these triangles are similar, can't you find corresponding sides?

So if I find the corresponding side on the big triangle, then it's the same for the little one?

It will not necessarily be same. If the sides are same then it would be called a congruent triangle but here it is said similar means the sides are got my multiplying a constant to sides of smaller triangle.
