I think it is excessive bleeding ! Cuz D seems to be blood platelets. Those help the clotting of blood. If blood doesn't clot then it results in excessive bleeding !

ohhh yeah that actually makes more sense... now that i am thinking about it...

SO here the white blood cells are B as to what I can remember ! SO lack of B only reduce the ability to fight infection !
