platelet is the main cause for blood clotting ! So if there is a disorder there then it might lead to reduced blood clotting or excessive blood clotting ! Reduced blood clotting results in excessive bleeding ! So 3rd and 4th answers are wrong ! We are left with 1st and 2nd answer ! :)
