no i think the answer is Strontium-90 (90Sr) is a radioactive isotope of strontium produced by nuclear fission, with a half-life of 28.8 years.

Firstly you need to know the meaning of Half-life. Give it a minute and google it. The first sentence in Wikipedia under Half-Life is the only thing you should know. Do it now.

|dw:1450821369289:dw|It takes this many days for the substance to decay to half of it's original amount. I don't see what all the fuss is about :) It seems like you have the right idea. Unless you pulled that 28.8 from a google search or something -_- hopefully you're understanding the graph.
