Well from what I've seen, the Precambrian is the collection of A, B, c, and a bunch of other eras going back to the beginning of Earth, 4.6 billion years ago. So I would THINK that the Precambrian is the oldest.

Actually, the Precambrian is just 541 million years ago to 4.5 billion years ago. The other three are from 66 million to million

In fact, the first three are regarded as Cambrian, and Precambrian is called as such because it is before Cambrian.
