it is STILL happening - happens after every post. I cleared cookies and stuff.

also this is localised to chrome.

Try using a different browser. If not simply refresh.

Does anyone also have problems with the equation bar too. sometimes that freezes on me.

yeah the equation box doesn't close and moves along with the cursor and then you gotta reload it happens with the draw tool as well
