How to create android application with live audio streaming to other androids. It must store streaming audio to server, so other phones could playback later. Can anyone give me insight what i have to do, and how to set up a server for it

You can Use the Google SDK or now known as the Android SDK 1.1 Gigabyte file.......Here is a link http://developer.android.com/index.html that is if you are building the app as a developer......could you connect two devices to a single cloud what streaming up and the other down? What is the protocol you are using, Id imagine you could use PPP (point to point....but you would need a server or cloud or such thing)
