When your Engagement goes higher, you get another title under your name such as Champion, Mentor, Teammate, etc

when you get a new *title* the congratulation appears only for you. we just see that your ss highered

the smartscore can be seen by anyone, but such pop-up is visible only to you

they will notice the title as well. but they will not get a pop up. :)
