Well there is two parts to the question I need help with. Part 1 is to explain how the total monthly payment will change each month.

it would help if you look at the trends
First, look at the column in the total monthly payments from 1 down to 4 and you will notice a decrease.
Second, do the same thing for each cards and you will notice a decrease.
