Your equation doesn't look right to me, I am assuming a typo since it looks like you use the right equation to input the values into it.

I don't know how you got 2m for an answer since F should be in N newtons. Typo?

I got 213.44 nN

F = (G m1 m2 ) / r^2

= (6.67E-11 * 2.5 * 80 ) / 0.25^2 [(Nm^2/kg^2)(kg)(kg)] / m^2 = N

= 2.1344 E-7 N or 213.44 nN
