Hi guys I know this is not a math or school related question but can you still help me? I am pretty sick and i have a sore throat, it really hurts to eat or drink I only drink when I have to take medicine and today is the first day I have ate in 3 days. I read that if I eat soup it will help the swelling go down and help with the inflammation. So what I am asking is can I just eat chicken broth and noodles? Thanks, it will really help me out.
Well, that's generally what I eat when I"m sick. I might suggest eating some crackers too, but that's just cause I eat to pass times, and crackers won't kill you :). (The saltine ones, not like cheetoes)
Also, if you don't feel hungry, don't eat. Cause I was sick once and I didn't eat for like 4 days straight
But yea, chicken soup and other stuff like that should help :)
I was hungry, I just didn't want to eat cause of my throat
If ur hungry then eat, definetely. But chicken broth would be one of the best things you can eat.
but can i just do the broth and some noodle? instead of adding chicken and veggies?
Yea probably, the chicken and veggies are there for taste, I think... Well at least try, if by the end of the day ur throat is swollen, then you know you will need to try something else. Only change one independent variable at a time.
I have had this sore throat for like 4 days now..
@I_love_my_nieces Yeah, just go ahead and eat soup and stuffs :)
Firstly, this is like a random question so it kinda belongs in the OpenStudy Feedback forum and though you realize that it doesn't belong in mathematics I'm just pointing out where you can post such things in the future. :) Secondly, with a sore throat chicken soup is totally the thing all the way. I do mine without the veggies all the time and it works for me. Also tea's and hot water help to because keeping your body hydrated is very important when being sick as well. Get well soon!! :)
