OpenStudy (ilovehorses14):

What does the term humidity refer to? A. a weather condition B. a form of precipitation C. a step in the water cycle D. the amount of water dissolved in the air

OpenStudy (ilovehorses14):

Water that has condensed and formed water droplets on the ground, grass, and other outdoor objects is known as _____. A. fog B. dew C. groundwater D. surface runoff

Atsie (atsie):

This belongs in the biology forum or somewhere science related. This is mathematics, so it doesn't fit. I'll help out anyhow though, just make sure to post in the correct forum next time :) Humidity is basically how it feels when it gets hot and sticky...so which in your first question above matches that? Also, fog is water droplets that collect in the air and gives the atmosphere that smoky hazy look so that should be out.

Atsie (atsie):

Take a look, see what makes most sense! :)

OpenStudy (aihberkhan):

First, you should only post one question at a time. Also, this i the mathematics section. Please post this in the science section or biology section. :)

OpenStudy (aihberkhan):

You should give explanations @smartbrain Not just the answer. :)

OpenStudy (ilovehorses14):

The process by which energy from the Sun heats the water on Earth's surface, turning it into a gas, is called _____. A. infiltration B. evaporation C. precipitation D. condensation

Atsie (atsie):

@smartbrain I'm afraid that you cannot give direct answers. Its against the code of conduct. The whole point is to help and guide the person to the answer, not just give it and expect a medal. Here this will help :) http://openstudy.com/code-of-conduct

OpenStudy (ilovehorses14):

ok this the last question

OpenStudy (aihberkhan):

@ilovehorses14 You will get better help if you post one question per post! :)

OpenStudy (ilovehorses14):

oh ok

Atsie (atsie):

Go ahead and post them @smartbrain :) (uhm...in a seperate post...that would more organized)

OpenStudy (ilovehorses14):

plz answer the last question i posted plz

OpenStudy (ilovehorses14):

or help

OpenStudy (ilovehorses14):

:)

Atsie (atsie):

Don't sigh at me...but I think you should take the last question you put down and copy it and make a new post and close this one. Just to get used to doing it right. :) I'll answer after you've done that, I promise.

Atsie (atsie):

Oh, and do it biology :) Sure, be right with you @smartbrain
