I wrote a few expository essays. I used A and C, for sure.
So the answer is either B or D. 
If I had to guess, I would say that B. Chronological order is not a structure used in expository texts.

Well expository texts describe and explain things, which is a purpose that chronological order serves, so I wouldn't think it's B either.

But I'm not even sure flashback is a structure at all, so it's possible that's the answer you're looking for.
