I think you mean "correlation coefficient," not just "correlation." A correlation coefficient at or close to either 1 or -1 shows a very strong correlation, whereas one near zero, whether positive or negative, indicates a very weak correlation. Please look up ":correlation" and "correlation coefficient" for more information. Now, can you answer the question about "predicted value very close to the actual value?"
