Help with simplifying radicals please!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

8 times the square root (63x^5)

OpenStudy (calculusxy):

do you mean \(\large 8 \times \sqrt{63x^5}\) or like \(\large 8\sqrt{63x^5}\) because they both mean like the same thing i guess.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the second one

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i got 3x^2 square root of 7x @calculusxy does that sound somewhat right?

OpenStudy (calculusxy):

we would have \(8 \times 3 \times x^2 \sqrt{7x}\) which would be \(24x^2 \sqrt{7x}\)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh i forgot about the 8 thank you!!

OpenStudy (calculusxy):

you're welcome :)
