what is the graph of the absolute value equation? y=-2|x|+5

It's an upside down V, with the TOP point (0,5).

OpenStudy (susanna):

It's upside down because there is a negative number multiplied to the parent function (y=|x|). Plus, it is moved up 5 units (+5 part)

And it is vertically stretched (if I'm not mistaken) by 2.
