@Diana.xL : Be certain you know what an increasing function looks like. As you move from left to right on your graph, does the graph appear to be moving up, moving down or neither increasing nor decreasing? The posted figure shows a 2-part graph; the graph on the left changes over to the graph on the right at x=-2. Which half graph appears to be increasing? You must not only identify that, but also specify ON WHAT INTERVAL the graph is increasing.
