As you move from left to right on your graph, does the graph appear to be moving up, moving down or neither increasing nor decreasing? The posted figure shows a 2-part graph; the graph on the left changes over to the graph on the right at x=-2. Which half graph appears to be increasing? You must not only identify that, but also specify ON WHAT INTERVAL the graph is increasing.
