WILL FAN AND MEDAL! How did the U.S. system of checks and balances change how the government makes decisions? There was a slight change, mostly dealing with international relations. The judicial system grew stronger. The president had many fewer powers. The branches worked together for the good of the people

I'd say D. The checks and balances is the separation of powers. That means no one person controls them and their overall goal is to help the people. If not D, my answer would be C. Please let me know what's right :)
