Can someone explain to me how to calculate with E, and what it is? (picture below)

E is scientific notation. What type of calculator do you have?

Yes E is basically "10^"

2.0 E 30 kg = 2.0 * 10^30 kg

Sorry I'm not familiar with the Casio. I did it a a TI-84 and must have mis-entered, so I did it in excel and verified the answer.

My mistake was really bonehead, maybe I should go back to bed.
