OpenStudy (calculusxy):

would it be also like finding the slope? \(\huge \frac{y_2 - y_1}{x_2 - x_1}\) coordinates will be (year, price) so (2004,580) and (2009,650) since we are trying to find the rate of change within these two years \(\huge \frac{650 - 580}{2009-2004} = \frac{70}{5} = \text{Rate of Change or Slope}\)

OpenStudy (_excusemyfrench._):

okay so i have to so simplify 70/5 right?

OpenStudy (_excusemyfrench._):

is the answer 14?
