Self confidence is a beautiful thing. It is the mentality that you can/will accomplish something. It is faith within your own ability, a trait common among self-reliant and independent people.

It also can be more apparent within people who are in touch with their feelings, and motivated by their ambitions.

An old system of education used by european elites, was to place a kid in front of a horse, and tell the kid to get the horse to run, and jump on his/her command. All without any instruction. The kid, using their own wits, patience and grit, would eventually accomplish this task. Having solved such a challenge on their own would make them aware of their own potential, their own ability. This is one example of how self-confidence can be learned
