You could solve it by various ways, It depends on the problem and environment :

Gauss elimination. (Row reduction methods)
Creamer's rule. (Determinants)
Normal elimination (Adding, Subtracting, multiplication and division)
Substitution. (Replacing a variable, with 2 from another equation to have 2 variables in 2 equations then solve)
Graphing. (Won't be simple at least in 4+ equations)
