OpenStudy (i_need_help_please):
When you find the perimeter you are adding the length plus length plus width plus width.
If you are finding the area, it is length times width. The problem says to find the perimeter so add the L+L+w+w

OpenStudy (i_need_help_please):
Perimeter as Improper Fraction: 157/4
Perimeter as Whole Number: 39.25
