My fiance and I are moving to Sweden in a year and a half. Although he is fluent, I know very little Swedish, so I will need to learn. Does anyone have any tips/tricks to self-teaching a language? Does anyone know of any programs/websites that may help? Thanks!
there was this languge learning app that had for free... one sec.

i went to sweden earlier this year for a bit, i used this site before i left http://www.ielanguages.com/swedish2.html#short and i've recently discovered this site https://www.duolingo.com/ most people speak english there anyway, but it's good to know swedish. I would also suggest you watch news/shows and other swedish-related things on youtube after you have to basic words down.

Thank you guys so much! I'm really nervous about the move, but knowing that I can learn Swedish is making it a lot easier.
