wouldnt the frist blank be 70 and the second blank be 648
cause 9 * 72 = 648 9 * ____ + 18 = ____ 648 = 9 * 70 + 18 = 648
648 = 648 = 648
For the first problem, yes. That would be correct, since all you're doing is splitting up the 72 to make it easier to work with. So 2 and 70.
