This isnt a question you are likely to get the best assistance with directly.
More recommendations i would say

First id reorganize the data you have ordering them by temperature. So going from highest temp down to the lowest temp. And have you Y axis then being the sales. That way you have the X axis being temperature going down the farther to the right you go. with sales increasing
