Geometry 8 Online
OpenStudy (anonymous):

A right triangle has coordinates A(6, 0), B(0, 0), and C(0, 8). What is the perimeter of the triangle?

Vocaloid (vocaloid):

have you tried drawing out the points?

OpenStudy (triciaal):

the perimeter is the sum of the 3 lengths. this is a right triangle, use pythagorean theorem to find the length of the hypotenuse. the drawing will let you "see" better

OpenStudy (wolf1728):

And here's the graphic

@xbb hope you know that for point B the (0,0) mean the origo point with zero units and for A the (6,0) mean 6 units because the y axe is 0 same for point C the (0,8) mean 8 units because the axe x is zero - so you know that there is a right triangle with sides 8 and 6 units - using Pythagoras you can calculi easy the length of 3rd side so after you get it just assume the lengths of 3 sides and will get the perimeter of this right triangle - hope so much that this will help you solve this your exercise easy using these above wrote knowledge
