How will they see a billboard while they are driving and texting. The point of not texting is avoiding distraction. If we are assuming distraction, they won't see the billboard. Seriously, talk them out. See how you feel about each option.

You haven't seen to horrible accidents - run backwards so that you are caused to believe that texting was the cause? I have seen them on Satellite TV and in Social Media. I think "B" is a winner.
