@Miss.Rose Please help!

MsBrains (ms-brains):

I it's think A?

OpenStudy (miss.rose):

I can see how you would think that. However the thesis is the last sentence of the introduction. So do you have any other guesses after reading this?

Atsie (atsie):

Its not A. because a conclusion is the end of something whilst the introduction is the beginning of something. I just gave the hing... or the answer heh :P

Atsie (atsie):

hint*

MsBrains (ms-brains):

It's B! I can't believe I didn't get that the first time XD

Atsie (atsie):

yes, its B :) Don't feel bad. I miss stuff all the time!

MsBrains (ms-brains):

This makes no sense o.O But I'm thinking A

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Introduction :P

OpenStudy (anonymous):

No, youre right, its the best (i think XD)

Atsie (atsie):

Eeks, this one is a lil confusing. Its either the best or the most interesting, because if its the biggest and the largest....well thats kind of overwhelming to a reader and MAY (depending on the subject) take away from what is originally being talked about.

OpenStudy (miss.rose):

I agree. The conclusion is basically just restating what you said in the introduction. So the conclusion is what you want the readers to take away from the writing.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The Best conclusion would, obviously, be the best choice. For example, lets say the introduction is: "Penguins are great swimmers, but they cant fly." You would choose the answer "Over all, Penguins are marvelous creatures who are great swimmers and terrible fliers" Instead of "Well, penguin are terrible at flying bcuz dey gots da tiny wings and dey can swim fast so ya, theres my essay GIVE ME AN A!"

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I dont know lol, Im pretty sure its the best though.

MsBrains (ms-brains):

Okay, I'm just going to go with best on that. And now, let's move to the next one

OpenStudy (miss.rose):

What do you think it is?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I'm not going to lie I have ABSOLUTELY no clue at all so I'll just stand by for this one...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OHH

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The main idea, because its the conclusion at the bottom of the essay

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I am pretty sure its A, its basically asking what the bottom of the essay (the conclusion) is.

MsBrains (ms-brains):

You know what, I think it has to be B. That's what makes most sense.

MsBrains (ms-brains):

What do you think? @Miss.Rose

OpenStudy (miss.rose):

I would agree. I think it is B as well. I mean thing about it. The top circle is the topic. Then the bottom ones are supporting the topic.

MsBrains (ms-brains):

C?

OpenStudy (miss.rose):

Think about it. The introduction first states what the essay is about. Then the body paragraphs simply support the topic. Then the topic of the essay is re-stated at the end of the essay, in the conclusion. So I believe it is D. Do you agree?

MsBrains (ms-brains):

Yeah. That makes sense.

MsBrains (ms-brains):

MsBrains (ms-brains):

I think it's D or A?

OpenStudy (miss.rose):

What makes something happen? A cause right? Well, if that is the case the answer would be D? Do agree with this answer?

MsBrains (ms-brains):

Yup.

MsBrains (ms-brains):

I have 9 questions left :)

MsBrains (ms-brains):

MsBrains (ms-brains):

C?

MsBrains (ms-brains):

or D

OpenStudy (miss.rose):

I believe it is D because the cause and effect diagram tells you in which order an event happened, right?

MsBrains (ms-brains):

That both kinda make sense. But yeah, let's go with D.

MsBrains (ms-brains):

MsBrains (ms-brains):

I think D for this one too.

OpenStudy (miss.rose):

I am going to do a little research because I believe it could be D or B. This is because either one of these could work. So I will be right back. I have to go check something. Also, when you see me coming and going from your question it is because it is raining where I live so my internet is going in and out.

OpenStudy (miss.rose):

After researching it, I have come to the conclusion that the answer is B because one thing happens that cases another. But I do see how you thought it was D. Do you agree?

MsBrains (ms-brains):

B makes sense. :)

MsBrains (ms-brains):

MsBrains (ms-brains):

B or C.

OpenStudy (miss.rose):

I would actually say either B or D. This is because when you are reading a story you do want to know what cause what to happen. But also in a magazine article because you want to know what cause something to happen. I am personally leaning to Magazine Article (D) because that just makes the most sense to me. But you can decided what you think makes the most sense.

MsBrains (ms-brains):

A or C

OpenStudy (miss.rose):

I believe it is C. For example, Dear Ms-Brains, Or you can say, Dear Ms-Brains;

MsBrains (ms-brains):

OpenStudy (miss.rose):

I can see how you would think that. However when you are writing a friendly letter you always want to put a space between the address and date. Do you get that?

MsBrains (ms-brains):

Okay! :) LAST one! B?

OpenStudy (miss.rose):

I see how you got that as the answer. But I think it is D because a friendly letter can be written to someone you do not know. For example, I wrote a friendly letter to the manager of Rocket Fizz because I wanted him to add a candy. But I did not know him, it was strictly business.

MsBrains (ms-brains):

We got 8 questions wrong. 14/22. ;-; Also, you were incorrect on the two last ones, I picked C for the first, and B for the second. and they were correct ^-^ Oh well, I guess I'm going to need to take it again.

OpenStudy (miss.rose):

Interesting.... Well, at least you know what the answers are and you know a little bit more about the friendly letter. Have a great day! ~Miss.Rose
