first off you need a thesis statement, something to build your essay off of. list the subjects of your paragraphs. then wirte your main idea for the first paragraph and list supporting details. same for the others!

In terms of that, Studygirl, I thought you gave her a paper link that she just had to copy. Lol - Then I realized it was a link to something that explains how to write the paper then I'm like, "Oh...".

As far as writing a persuasive paragraph or essay, write out a "Thesis" which is a sentence that dictates what you are trying to prove or disprove, in this case prove or persuade others to believe in whatever your "Thesis" statement is, which is about how you learn from your mistakes, so... your "Thesis" should be pretty easy to come up with, use this system:
Step 1: Make a "Thesis".
Step 2: Write out the paper in this fashion:
I. Introduction paragraph, includes Thesis at the end.
II. First supporting paragraph for your Thesis that supports paragraph I.
a. An additional idea or point that supports the paragraph.
b. An additional idea or point again that supports the paragraph.
(a. and b. would be contained within the 2nd paragraph.)
III. Second supporting paragraph for your Thesis that supports paragraph I.
a. An additional idea or point that supports the paragraph.
1. Additional facts, details, quotes, or examples.
2. Additional facts, details, quotes, or examples.
b. An additional idea or point that supports the paragraph.
(Again, a, 1, 2, and b would be contained within the 3rd paragraph.)
IV. Third support paragraph for your Thesis that supports paragraph I.
a. An additional idea or point that supports the paragraph.
b. An additional idea or point that supports the paragraph.
V. Conclusion statement, that wraps everything up.
