Thoughts/critique on my tune I'm making?

The beginning sounds like a good intro, I can imagine the same tone lowering in volume with bass and heavy drums following up into your verses. But then, what do I know. :)

I believe many people would buy it on I Tunes because I would, it's got a rebel theme going on there and it's got a somewhat creepy twist to it, and it has a great singer in it. Keep it up with the song and put it on I Tunes so i can get it lol.

lol If anything I think I sing badly because I have very little singing experience and am trying to get singing lessons.
The tune you listened to was made on Garageband, and now that I have a windows computer I'm trying to find a program similar to it but have had no luck :(

and don't think your a bad singer, you have a beautiful voice and if i were a producer i would sign you to a record deal. your vocal cord's just aren't done developing yet. trust me your voice is beautiful and when your vocal cord's are done developing your voice will be even more beatiful

Wow that's definitely not what I hear XD
I had to do lots of takes for each of those... and I think my voice is too weak at times, and it never sounds the way I want it to :(
But I'm glad that at least you like my singing :D

I have watched that audition of Carly Sonenclar a THOUSAND times! She's one of the best singers that has ever auditioned on that show, and that song she did is just out of this world. Especially the way she did it. It was a bluesy soulful bite with so much power and attitude!
Oh, and I can usually sing along with her and sound just like her most of the time. Oh, and her birthday is on April 20th 1999 and SO IS FREAKING MINE!

Ahem, sorry I'm out of control. Just glad that we both happen to like the same girl.
But, forget her.
Don't even worry about her.
You've got a unique voice and over time I'm sure you'll learn how to use it and get better. I think you've got talent. Its really beautiful!!!

I was blown away when I first saw it. I didn't even understand how she could sound like that at the age of 13. Have you seen all her performances on X Factor. Almost all of them are really really good. I love the Elton John song she did, and also when she covered the Beatles. I am amaaaazed!

If you have the RIGHT voice lessons, then yes you will get better definitely. You still sound great the way you are now though!! :) @ayeedomo

Yup, I've seen just about every video with her in it. XD
My two favorites that she did were Hallelujah and Somewhere Over The Rainbow. I also like her new collaboration with Timeflies, "Runaway" :)
I hope to get voice lessons soon, but until lately I haven't had much free time in my schedule. I've asked my parents for voice lessons but neither of them have ever heard me sing, so I understand their doubt...

Have you ever heard of Roger Burnley? He's a vocal coach and he's online.
His lessons cost a ton, but he does email you one video that will literally change your voice entirely.

Agreed! I think Bea Miller is alright, but it seems as though the producers that helped make her album "Not an Apology" had to put a lot of effect to make up for wasn't there in a way. Carly wouldn't need any of that at all! Carly seems to be her own girl more so, and thats what I love about her.

I don't know your precise intentions for the whole song or what the theme of it will be, but it sounds so happy. Like the perfect rain would be happiness, not sadness or gloominess like rain and cloudy days usually do cause. I really like it!
