Well, I am quite unsure. However, If I were to say one, I'd say B.

Stomata will close in case the plant wants to conserve water as stomata leads to tremendous loss of water via transpiration.

In all the cases except the one you mentioned, plant would have abundant water and doesn't need to close stomata.
