Thomson proposed that the atom is mostly solid space. the electrons are spread through a solid, positive nucleus. the electrons orbit around the nucleus. atoms are the smallest particle.

Yup..nut there is one small problem with that option...Thomson did NOT tell anything about NUCLEUS at that time...but still that option makes more sense

The main idea behind Thomson's model is the spreading of electrons inside the atoms...so the better option here become B

Bohr developed a model of the atom where electrons are positively charged. are mixed with protons and neutrons in the atom. orbit around the nucleus. travel like waves in the electron cloud.
