You just have to memorize it. ~q -> ~p

This one is special since it is 100% logically equivalent with the original.

thanks i mean i figured at first it was that just like a complete opposite such as dark is the opposite as light but i thought i was just being neive so i wasn't positive

but i'm really not so positive on a converse of p -> q?
i was assuming ~p -> q but i just can't shake the feeling i'm wrong @tkhunny

Again, just memorize. Just switch them for the Conversion. No "~" at all.

When people say, "Conversely, ...", it's almost always incorrect. Kind of funny, actually.
