Kay wants to find out how much she will need to pay the water company to turn on the water in her new apartment. She calls the water company and they tell her she will need to pay the average water bill of the previous owner, as well as the monthly fees for the first three months. If the previous owner’s average water bill is 2003-05-05-00-00_vl_files/i0060000.jpg and Kay has to pay a total of 2003-05-05-00-00_vl_files/i0060001.jpg, how much is the fee for one month? Does this seem reasonable?
