Please help! What is the equation of the line? Number graph ranging from negative five to five on the x axis and negative two to five on the y axis. A line is drawn on the graph that passes through (zero, one) and (two, zero).

jhonyy9 (jhonyy9):

i think will be more understandably than you draw this graph - do you can draw it ?

OpenStudy (scarlettfarra2000):

No my computer won't allow me too sorry

OpenStudy (tkhunny):

This is all you need: "A line is drawn on the graph that passes through (zero, one) and (two, zero)." The x-intercept is (2,0) The y-intercept is (0,1) Using the "Intercept Form", we have immediately, \(\dfrac{x}{2}+\dfrac{y}{1} = 1\) -- Done. Your course material may suggest some other method.

OpenStudy (scarlettfarra2000):

Thank you so much
