Log6 (2x+3)=3

OpenStudy (campbell_st):

well since it's a base 6 log, if you raise each side of the equation as a power of 6 you get \[6^{\log_{6} (2x +3)} = 6^3\] this can be simplified to \[2x + 3 = 6^3\] now solve for x. hope it helps
