Many public schools have found it difficult to maintain a strong budget, and the programs that are removed first are usually the arts education programs (i.e. band, art, choir, etc.), should schools minimize Art Education? What role does Art play in an adult life?

Schools should minimize art education because art is just a hobby it doesn't help us in life, nor prepare us. Art also takes up budget money unlike band or chior you can not perform to raise money for the equipment nedded.
