Solve the inequality |x| < 5. {x|-5 < x < 5} {x|x < -5 ∪ x > 5} {x|x < -5 ∪ x < 5}

i just wanna learn how no anwer

OpenStudy (green_1):

considering that it is the absolute value of x which is in the equation to be less than 5 it would make two sets. x<5 and X>-5. because on a number line they are both the same distance from 0. so therefore it would be {x|-5 < x < 5}.

OpenStudy (testibuggg):

thank you so much
