OpenStudy (mathstudent55):

Principal: the most important The principal of the school is the most important person of the school. The principal reason I'm on time is that there was little traffic today. Principle: a rule By principle, I try to get to school on time every day. Capital: the most important, like the most important city of a country, also, an upper-case letter. The capital of the U.S. is Washington, D.C. Use capital letters in the form. Capitol: the building where a part of the government is. While I was in Washington, D.C., I saw the Capitol building.

B. We visited the Capital building during our trip to Washington. Im pretty sure its this one....but if you know that if its the main subject, you need a capital letter. so this one makes the most sense. :) goodluck
