so because than you see 7x from first equation and -7x from second assumed will result zero so from this result that ,,elimination" way will be the simplest way to solve this system sure

$$7x+5y = 19$$
$$ -7x-2y=-16$$
By adding first equation to second eqation :
$$3y=3$$
$$y=1$$
By substitution in any equation you got :
$$x=2$$
