It honestly depends on the persons view of it, I'm certain u won't get a solid answer because everyone views it differently. Personally I would say vandalism, if it's on someone else's property.

If it is on someone else's property without their permission I think it is vandalism.

In my opinion, it's both. Art is gorgeous and remarkable, no matter where. It is full of colors and vividy, ideas and outstanding performance from time periods both current and past. It itself should be respected, yet there is something not to be forgotten ; art isn't limited to sketching. If you go to a constructed building and put your art on it, that's vandalism. You are sticking your art onto their art covering it up, so I think if graffiti is to be legal, people would have to construct walls meant for graffiti instead of these people covering up other modern and traditional importance.

I believe it's art, as long as you're not drawing swear words or penises everywhere. I know there's nude art, but I mean like being immature and deliberately drawing boobs or penises everywhere.

Art. everyone has a different stance on what art is. I personally think that if you created it, it is art. Even if it is nude. I think graffiti is beautiful
