I need help with quotes, its pretty much like a general question I just cant remember c:

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What exactly do you need help on? When to use quotes?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no I know how to cite and what not my teacher had said something about when you are using only one citation many times in a paragraph you can cite it at the end of the paragraph instead of putting the citation every time you quote I just don't remember exactly how it works

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I see. It depends on if you are using the same source for the whole paragraph.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes I would be we are only using one author/text the citation is like (last name and page#) but he said you were able to do something like( last name321-328) at the end

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ah, perhaps this source will help (scroll down to where it says "Good. These paragraphs are APA correct..." http://rasmussen.libanswers.com/faq/32328

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thanks

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Let me know if that helped or not. :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I need MLA though, not APA

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Oh, okay. Here is a site that shows how to properly site endnotes and footnotes. Is this the type of thing you're looking for? https://owl.english.purdue.edu/owl/resource/747/04/

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I believe what you're looking for is at the bottom of that page.
